Nvidia and Samsung Electronics reach agreement to supply 12-layer stacked HBM3E memory

According to Korean media reports, Nvidia and Samsung Electronics have reached an agreement for Nvidia to purchase approximately 30,000 to 50,000 12-layer HBM3E memory chips from Samsung Electronics. These chips will be used entirely in water-cooled servers. Although Samsung Electronics stated that it "could not confirm" this, rumors have long circulated that its HBM3E chips have been validated by Nvidia.
