GAC Toyota and FAW Toyota recall vehicles due to software and hardware manufacturing issues

GAC Toyota and FAW Toyota have announced a recall of selected vehicles due to software and hardware manufacturing issues. The GAC Toyota recall affects four models: the all-new ninth-generation Camry, Levin, Lingshang, and Fenglanda, totaling over 90,000 vehicles. Due to improper instrument cluster control programming, some vehicles may experience a black screen during initial startup. FAW Toyota's domestically produced models, including the Asia Dragon, Corolla, Asia Lion, and Corolla Sharp, as well as imported models such as the Lexus LM series, Toyota Alphard, and Crown Vellfire, are also subject to recall due to instrument cluster programming issues.
