Yunhai Metal Group and Linghang Yunzhu signed an investment agreement

Yunhai Metal Group and Nanjing Linghang Yunzhu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. signed an investment agreement and planned to establish a joint venture in Chaohu, Anhui, focusing on the research and development, design and production of magnesium-aluminum alloy building formwork. The registered capital of the joint venture is RMB 160 million, with Yunhai Metal holding 62.5% and Linghang Yunzhu holding 37.5%. The project is expected to have a fixed asset investment of RMB 90.58 million, and an annual net profit of RMB 35 million after reaching full production, with an investment payback period of about 3.5 years.
