Tesla faces challenges with autonomous driving technology

Tesla has recently faced challenges with its autonomous driving technology. US regulators have launched an investigation into all Tesla models, mainly targeting autonomous driving software. After analyzing 956 accidents, NHTSA concluded that the Autopilot system designed by Tesla has problems that lead to "foreseeable misuse and avoidable collisions." Some Tesla vehicles still had accidents after installing the recalled updated software.
