Guoxuan High-tech and Chery Automobile deepen cooperation

Guoxuan High-Tech's subsidiary Hefei Guoxuan signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chery Automobile to carry out comprehensive cooperation in the fields of passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The two parties will jointly develop new energy vehicle projects, introduce advanced technologies, expand new business areas, and work together to enter overseas markets. Since 2012, the two parties have cooperated for many years, and the installed capacity exceeded 130,000 vehicles in 2022, an increase of more than 220% year-on-year. Chery Automobile accelerated its new energy layout. In 2023, its four major brands were fully new energy, and 937,000 vehicles were exported, a year-on-year increase of 101.1%.
