Nanjing Yunhai Special Metals Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with Gansu Tengda Xitie Resources Holding Group

Nanjing Yunhai Special Metals Co., Ltd. and Gansu Tengda Xitie Resources Holding Group have reached an agreement to jointly invest in the construction of a high-quality ferrosilicon alloy project with an annual output of 300,000 tons. The project aims to ensure a stable supply of raw magnesium production and reduce costs. The total investment is expected to be 1,738,674,400 yuan. After the project reaches full production, it can achieve an average annual sales revenue of 2,099,188,000 yuan and an average annual net profit of 250,529,300 yuan.
