Yuntu Semiconductor releases high-performance automotive MCU YTM32B1H series

Yuntu Semiconductor has launched a new generation of domain controller chips, the YTM32B1H series, which are suitable for automotive power, intelligent chassis and other fields. This series of chips supports ASIL-D functional safety level and AEC-Q100 standard, and samples and development boards are currently available to customers.
