Hesai Technology and Lumentum jointly develop a new generation of LiDAR solutions

Hesai Technology and Lumentum have collaborated to develop a semi-solid-state directional LiDAR solution for advanced driver assistance systems. The solution uses a VCSEL array light source to reduce costs, improve integration, and increase mass production. Hesai Technology's AT128 LiDAR has received millions of orders from multiple OEMs and plans to mass produce it in 2022.
