Toyota releases new electric vehicle plan

Toyota, the world's largest automaker, announced that it will produce a new electric vehicle at its Czech plant. The Czech government will provide up to €64 million in funding for Toyota's new electric vehicle battery assembly plant, promoting the country's transition to clean mobility. Toyota's Czech plant currently has an annual production capacity of approximately 220,000 vehicles, and the addition of electric vehicle production is expected to further increase that capacity.
