On September 3rd, Leapmotor announced the completion of a private placement of domestic shares, raising a total of 2.6 billion yuan. The offering attracted participation from four state-owned shareholders: Wuyi County Jintou Industrial Development Holding Group Co., Ltd., Jinhua Industrial Fund Co., Ltd., Huzhou Xinchuang Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Hangzhou Hehe Leapmotor Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership).
