BorgWarner's second-quarter net profit drops 30%

BorgWarner's revenue was $3.6 billion, flat compared to last year, while net profit was $224 million, down 30%. Its profit was dragged down by restructuring costs, a decline in its battery business, and a $15 million impact from tariffs. Despite this, the company raised its full-year outlook.
