Huawei and Transsion face off in European Patent Court

Huawei is suing Transsion at the European Unified Patent Court (EUUP) over image encoding and decoding patents. Case number ACT_28975/2025 is being heard by Judges Zigann, Johansson, and Pichlmaier. The trial date has not yet been announced.
