Sinlink Integrated's 8-inch SiC has entered mass production

In its 2025 semi-annual results announcement, Xinlian Integrated Circuit (SI) further revealed that in the new energy vehicle sector, it has secured over 10 new 6-inch SiC MOSFET project contracts, with five new automotive customer projects entering mass production. In the first half of the year, SIIC achieved mass production on China's first 8-inch SiC MOSFET production line, achieving industry-leading key performance indicators. With the continued strengthening of its partnership with end customers, and the volume delivery of automotive-grade power modules, related revenue has increased by 200%.
