CATL Chassis Company is about to complete its first round of external financing

Contemporary Amperex Technology, a chassis company controlled by Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL), has launched its first round of external financing, raising 2 billion RMB at a pre-investment valuation of approximately 9 billion RMB. This round, conducted through a targeted invitation-only approach with a minimum investment requirement of 100 million RMB, attracted many large state-owned enterprises.
