SK On merges with SK Enmove, reshaping its energy empire

SK On and SK Enmove will merge, and the new joint venture will be officially established on November 1, 2025. SK Group plans to raise 8 trillion won through a combination of rights issues and perpetual bonds to repay over 9.5 trillion won in net debt and streamline its business through the merger of SK On and SK Enmove.
