Ericsson considers buying stake in Intel's networking and edge businesses

Ericsson is in talks with Intel to acquire a minority stake in its planned spinoff network and edge business, a deal valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. While discussions are ongoing, there is no guarantee a deal will be reached. Intel said it is also in talks with other companies about investing in the unit.
