Russia bans some Chinese truck brands from entering the market

Russia's Federal Service for Technical Regulation and Metrology has announced a ban on the sale of a number of truck models and chassis from the Chinese Dongfeng, Foton, FAW, and Shandeka brands in Russia due to safety violations. These models include the Dongfeng DFH4180, Foton BJ4189, FAW CA4250 and CA4180, and Shandeka ZZHS. The ban affects approximately 28% of the Russian market share and involves tens of thousands of vehicles.
