In Yibin District, Luoyang, Henan Province, the first phase of CATL's Luoyang base has been fully put into production and is operating at full capacity, with an annual production capacity of 30GWh. Three battery cell production lines and 10 PACK production lines have been built, with a cumulative output value exceeding 9.2 billion yuan.
