The first product of CATL's era intelligent PDC2.0 mass production line rolled off the assembly line

Recently, the first fully mass-produced product of CATL's intelligent PDC2.0 (Power Distribution Controller) low-voltage power supply and distribution system rolled off the production line at the Shanghai Lingang Test and Verification Center! The production line has a planned annual production capacity of 600,000 units. PDC2.0, a core product in CATL's Panshi chassis and commonly referred to as a "small battery," enables dynamic conversion between high-voltage and low-voltage power sources in a vehicle. For example, it can wake up the high-voltage battery management system (BMS) from a dormant state to ensure normal vehicle startup.
