GAC Aion's senior management adjustment: Gu Huinan retires at age

GAC Group announced that the meeting reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment and Removal of the Company's Executive Committee Members", agreeing that Mr. Gu Huinan will retire due to age and no longer serve as a member of the company's executive committee. "GAC Group currently proposes that Li Wenying be appointed as a director of (GAC Aion), and the (board of directors) has reviewed and approved it," a person familiar with the matter told the media.
