Puxing Electronics SiC revenue/shipments increased by 500%

In 2023, Puxing's silicon carbide epitaxial business achieved explosive growth, with shipments exceeding 100,000 pieces. Compared with 2022, both revenue and shipments increased fivefold, and the products are widely used in new energy vehicles, photovoltaic storage and charging, industrial power supplies, etc. Among them, 60% of the products are used for new energy vehicle main drive inverters. The defect density, consistency and reliability of the epitaxy have reached the international advanced level, and have been widely recognized by the user side. The shipment volume of silicon carbide materials for main drive MOS is in a leading position in China. In 2024, Puxing's 6-inch silicon carbide production capacity will be about 300,000 pieces, which will greatly ensure the timeliness of product delivery. In 2024, Puxing expects its 8-inch production capacity to reach about 10,000 pieces.
