Innoscience's revenue in 2023 is expected to be 593 million yuan

As of the end of 2023, Innoscience has 397 R&D personnel. The company has about 700 patents and patent applications worldwide, covering key areas such as chip design, device structure, wafer manufacturing, packaging and reliability testing. Since its establishment 7 years ago, Innoscience has gone through five rounds of financing with a total financing amount of 6.034 billion yuan. Investors include well-known institutions such as Everest Venture Capital, CMB International, Huaye Tiancheng, Titanium Capital, Zhongtian Huifu, National Venture Capital, and Yida Capital. It has also been supported by local industrial funds such as Suzhou, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai. In addition to the 55 million yuan financing in the A round, Innoscience has a super large financing amount in each round. In October 2019, the company completed a round B financing of 1.502 billion yuan; in May 2021, the company completed a round C financing of 1.418 billion yuan; in February 2022, the company completed a round D financing of 2.609 billion yuan. In 2023, CATL became Innoscience's largest customer, contributing 190 million yuan in revenue, accounting for 32.1% of total revenue. The prospectus shows that from 2021 to 2023, Innoscience recorded revenue of 68.215 million yuan, 136 million yuan, and 593 million yuan respectively; and recorded annual losses of 3.399 billion yuan, 2.206 billion yuan, and 1.102 billion yuan.
