Among them, the monthly sales volume of new energy heavy-duty trucks in December 2024 reached 15,360 units, a year-on-year increase of 144.66%, setting a new monthly sales record. With the surge in sales of new energy heavy-duty trucks, the installed capacity of power batteries for heavy-duty trucks has also increased significantly. In 2024, the installed capacity of power batteries for new energy heavy-duty trucks in the Chinese market was about 26.8GWh, a year-on-year increase of 120.5%.
