Dealers' satisfaction with OEMs hits new low

According to data from the China Automobile Dealers Association, dealers' satisfaction with OEMs fell to 69.7 points in the first half of 2024, a 10-year low. In the first half of 2024, only 35.4% of dealers achieved profits, while the proportion of loss-making dealers was as high as 50.8%, and the proportion of dealers that broke even was 13.8%. In the first half of 2024, only 28.8% of dealers achieved their semi-annual sales targets, and the proportion of dealers with a target completion rate of less than 70% reached 33.3%.
