Siemens and Alphawave Semi Sign Exclusive OEM Agreement for EDA Business

Siemens Digital Industries Software announced on February 12 that it has reached an exclusive OEM agreement with Alphawave Semi for EDA business. Under this agreement, Siemens will bring Alphawave Semi's high-speed interconnect silicon IP portfolio to market through its sales channels. This agreement includes Alphawave Semi's industry-leading IP platform for connection and memory protocols such as Ethernet, PCIe, CXL, HBM and UCIe (Die-to-Die) implementation.
