BYD exclusively invests in Xinyuan New Materials

BYD recently made an exclusive investment in Shenzhen Xinyuan New Materials Co., Ltd., a company focusing on the research and development, production, sales and technical services of heat dissipation packaging materials for semiconductors. They have successfully developed low-temperature sintered copper materials and are expected to achieve mass production by the end of 2024. In the field of third-generation semiconductor SiC, Xinyuan New Materials mainly provides sintered silver and other materials, and has entered the supply chain of leading automakers such as BYD. It is expected that by the end of 2024, the total number of their end customers will exceed 800,000 units.
