Chery Automobile implements 14 cost reduction measures

Chery Automobile recently issued 14 cost reduction measures within the company and asked suppliers to follow up. These measures include design optimization, reducing the number of parts, using integrated components, reducing unnecessary processing and transportation, improving the qualification rate, using new technologies, new materials, and new processes, and extending the management of suppliers from first-tier suppliers to second-tier and third-tier suppliers, and vertical integration.
