Tesla's fourth-quarter 2024 financial report released, full-year net profit fell 53%

Tesla recently released its financial report for the fourth quarter of 2024. The report showed that the company's total revenue for the quarter was US$25.707 billion, a year-on-year increase of 2%. However, net profit fell sharply, with net profit attributable to Tesla's common shareholders being US$2.317 billion, a year-on-year decline of 71%. Total revenue for the full year of 2024 was US$97.7 billion, an increase of only 1% over the previous year. Net profit was US$7.091 billion, a decrease of 53% from the previous fiscal year.
