Sanan Optoelectronics: The company's power electronics products are mainly high-power density silicon carbide diodes, MOSFETs and silicon-based gallium nitride products. In the first half of the year, silicon carbide diodes developed 518 new customers, shipped to more than 180 customers, and more than 60 products have entered the mass production stage. Stable supply has been achieved for benchmark customers in segmented application markets such as server power supplies, communication power supplies, photovoltaic inverters, charging piles, vehicle chargers, and home appliances. With the help of technology and sales layout in countries and regions such as Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea, it has achieved strategic cooperation with international benchmark customers and has made breakthroughs in overseas markets. Two products of silicon carbide diodes have passed vehicle certification and sent samples to industry benchmark customers, and are in the small-batch production stage. Industrial-grade silicon carbide MOSFET products have been sent to sample customers for verification, and automotive-grade products are cooperating with many car companies for tape-out design and testing. In terms of silicon-based gallium nitride products, about 60 customer engineering samples and system verification have been completed, and 24 have entered the mass production stage, with excellent product performance.
