Star Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in April 2005. It specializes in the design, development, production and sales of power semiconductor chips and modules, mainly IGBT. The company is headquartered in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, with two major production and R&D bases in Jiaxing and Shanghai + a European R&D center + 8 offices (Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Jinan, Qingdao, Chengdu, Wuhan, Nanjing). It has subsidiaries in Shanghai, Chongqing, Zhejiang and Europe, and R&D centers in China, Germany and Switzerland in Europe. It will be listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2020.
