ON Semiconductor Launches High-Side SmartFET to Improve Performance of Automotive Electronic Systems

ON Semiconductor has launched a high-side SmartFET that not only switches loads efficiently, but also has features such as active inrush current management, over-temperature shutdown and automatic restart, and active overvoltage clamping, greatly improving the stability and service life of automotive electronic systems.
