Thailand and China Automotive Research Institute sign strategic cooperation agreement to build electric vehicle testing center

On June 26, Thailand and China Automotive Research Institute signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the development of electric vehicle technology in Thailand. Supamas Isarabhakdi, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, Pimphattra Wichaikul, Minister of Industry, Sukit Limpijumnong, Director of the National Science and Technology Development Authority, and Wang Sisi, Secretary of the Chinese Ambassador to Thailand, attended the ceremony. The two sides will jointly build the Thai National Electric Vehicle Testing Center to promote the development of Thailand's new energy vehicle industry and promote Thailand to become an electric vehicle center in the ASEAN region. In addition, China Automotive Research Institute also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Thailand's KING GEN Company to jointly improve the testing system of Thailand's new energy vehicle industry.
