ASE Technology Holding said at a shareholders meeting on June 26 that it expects demand for advanced packaging in the AI ​​field to remain strong by 2025. This year, the company expects its AI-related CoWoS advanced packaging business revenue to increase by more than $250 million over expectations. As the proportion of advanced packaging and testing business increases, the company's revenue is expected to recover faster.
