TCL Huaxing plans to spend 10.8 billion yuan to acquire 80% equity of LG Display's Guangzhou factory

Four months ago, TCL Huaxing announced a grand acquisition plan, intending to spend up to RMB 10.8 billion to acquire 80% of the equity of LG Display Guangzhou Factory (LGDCA) and all the equity of the supporting module factory. However, the transaction is still in the approval stage and needs to be formally approved by relevant regulatory authorities.
