Comparison of Millimeter Wave Radar Solutions

With the improvement of MMIC microwave chip technology and manufacturing process, different semiconductor companies have proposed their own integrated solutions. Among them, Infineon, NXP and Texas Instruments are the main radar chip suppliers. Their solutions have their own characteristics. Infineon's solution uses BiCMOS process, NXP's solution uses RFCMOS process, and Texas Instruments' solution is a single-chip solution. These solutions have their own advantages in terms of cost, power consumption and performance.
