STMicroelectronics en HHGrace werken samen om 40nm MCU-producten voor industriële besturing/automobiel te ontwikkelen

Op het gebied van industriële besturing en MCU's voor de automobielsector heeft STMicroelectronics samengewerkt met HHGrace om 40 nm industriële besturings-/voertuig-MCU-producten te ontwikkelen. Als de procesontwikkeling soepel verloopt, wordt verwacht dat het product vóór eind 2025 in massaproductie kan gaan.
