Scion Launches High-Performance Imaging Radar SIR-4K to Boost Intelligent Driving Perception Upgrade

On January 10, 2023, Scion released its first self-developed automotive-grade high-performance imaging radar product, SIR-4K. The radar uses the 76-79GHz frequency band, with a maximum detection distance of 400 meters, can track 256 dynamic targets, and output 4096 point clouds/frames. SIR-4K has a horizontal angle resolution of 0.5º and a pitch angle resolution of 1º, effectively solving the long-tail problem of intelligent driving.
