Tesla announces recall of some imported electric vehicles

Tesla Motors (Beijing) Co., Ltd., at the request of the State Administration for Market Regulation, announced that it would recall some imported Model 3, Model S and Model X electric vehicles, totaling 5,836 vehicles, starting from July 1, 2024. The reason for this recall is that the driver's seat occupying function of some vehicles is abnormal, which may result in the failure of warning sound and visual warning when the seat belt is not fastened, posing a safety hazard.
