ON Semiconductor has released the 7th generation 1200V QDual3 insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) power module. The module has a higher power density and an output power 10% higher than similar products. The QDual3 module is based on the new field stop 7th generation (FS7) IGBT technology, bringing industry-leading energy efficiency performance, helping to reduce system costs and simplify design.
