In 2020, SAIC Volkswagen invested 17 billion yuan in the Anting new energy vehicle factory. In January this year, SAIC Volkswagen and Anting Town signed a new ecological strategic cooperation agreement for the automotive industry. The two parties will jointly build a new energy vehicle and intelligent networked vehicle ecosystem. The comprehensive upgrade of the Advanced Digitized Platform intelligent digital platform production base is an important part of the upgrade and transformation of the Anting base.
