King Long Automobile spent RMB 400 million to acquire 40% equity of Golden Dragon

King Long Automobile Group announced that it will acquire a 40% stake in its holding subsidiary, Xiamen King Long Travel Vehicle Co., Ltd., for RMB 400 million. After the acquisition, King Long Automobile will own 100% of the company's shares.
