ASML plans to deliver advanced lithography machines worth $380 million to TSMC

According to foreign media reports, ASML plans to deliver its most advanced High-NA EUV lithography machines to TSMC in 2023, each costing up to US$380 million. At the same time, Intel has received the world's first commercial High-NA EUV lithography machine and is expected to be put into use this year. Although TSMC has stated that it will not need this high-end EUV lithography machine in the next few years, an ASML spokesperson said that TSMC will receive a High-NA EUV lithography machine worth US$380 million this year.
