Shanshan Holdings: 430 million shares held by Shanshan Group Co., Ltd. were frozen

Shanshan Holdings announced that 430 million shares held by its shareholder Shanshan Group Co., Ltd. have been frozen by the Intermediate People's Court of Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, accounting for 54.97% of its shares and 19.08% of the company's total share capital. The freeze began on November 4, 2024 and is expected to last until November 3, 2027. At present, Shanshan Group Co., Ltd. holds a total of 782 million shares of the company, of which 633 million shares have been frozen, accounting for 80.89% of its shares and 28.08% of the total share capital.
