GEM and Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Signed a Green Industry Chain Cooperation Agreement on the Full Life Cycle of Power Batteries

GEM Holding's subsidiary Power Regeneration and Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Sales Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Group, reached an agreement on March 19, 2024 to jointly build a green industry chain for the entire life cycle of power batteries. The two parties will leverage their respective advantages to achieve the recycling, resource utilization, and remanufacturing of waste power batteries, form a complete green recycling and new energy full life cycle green industry chain, eliminate power battery environmental pollution, recycle valuable resources such as nickel, cobalt, and lithium, promote green recycling cooperation between automakers, battery recycling plants, material manufacturers, and battery manufacturers, create an internationally competitive green supply chain and value chain, and achieve a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits.
