Tianyue Advanced has made a major breakthrough in the highly-anticipated liquid phase method, and launched a 4-degree off-angle P-type silicon carbide substrate prepared by the liquid phase method in 2024. This new type of P-type silicon carbide substrate has excellent resistivity of less than 200mΩ·cm, uniform in-plane resistivity distribution, and good crystallinity.
