Carl Power was the first to obtain the Notice for Autonomous Driving Truck Platoon Driving Test in Beijing's Intelligent Connected Vehicle Policy Pilot Zone, and was approved to conduct L4-level platoon autonomous driving tests on open roads in Beijing.
