Among them, the third-generation SiC MOSFET was successfully developed in the first half of this year, with a tape-out yield of 98.23%. The product has achieved a breakthrough in cell size and specific on-resistance. The chip size has dropped by 32% compared with the previous generation, and Rsp is at the leading level in China.
