NAND Flash market is weak, some production lines turn to DRAM

Due to the weakness of the NAND Flash market and its lower profitability than DRAM, this is expected to prompt some production lines to switch from NAND to DRAM. In addition, HBM3e 12hi is expected to quickly become mainstream for AI applications in 2025, but not all suppliers will be able to obtain NVIDIA certification on time, so TSV capacity may shift to traditional DRAM production.
