Hesai Technology's equity structure announced

The equity structure of Hesai Technology shows that co-founders Li Yifan, Xiang Shaoqing and Sun Kai hold 7.8% of the shares, 24.9% and 25.7% of the voting rights respectively. In addition, Xie Dongying, as a non-founder shareholder, holds 1.6% of the shares and 0.5% of the voting rights. Xie Dongying has recently announced his resignation.
