TSMC launches new generation ultra-low power production node N4e

TSMC revealed at the European Technology Seminar that it will launch a new generation of ultra-low power production node N4e. The launch of this 4nm-level production node will further meet the special process requirements in power semiconductors, mixed analog I/O, and ultra-low power applications (such as the Internet of Things).
